Returns & Exchange

You may exchange or return items you have bought from us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. The item(s) must be unused with labels and packaging still intact. When you return or exchange an item(s), you must cover the shipping charges to return the item(s) to us. As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will exchange your item(s) or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new socks or a refund, depending on your wish.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact us and provide us with your order number, which item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better). We will respond and provide you with further instructions. If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving a refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
